  1. Minimum opening balance – USD 200
  2. Certified copy of Memorandum and Articles of Association authenticated by a public notary, together with Certificate of Registration
  3. Proof of source of income (for AML compliance)
  4. Board resolution/mandate authorizing the opening of account
  5. 2 passport size photographs of the authorized signatories
  6. Copy of national ID/passport of authorized signatories
  7. Copy of national ID/passport of board members;
  8. Proof of location – P.O Box Number or Physical Address

Applicable Charges

  • Cheque Book charge – USD 20
  • Minimum operating balance of 200
